This group is for people interested in starting or expanding their consciousness and creativity practice through sitting mindfulness meditation (vipassana) and transformative healing meditation (breathwork).

The focus of our group's sitting meditations is to simply see things as they really are. To become a witness of the unfolding and interaction of life rather than the seeming engine, making it all happen. You cannot meditate without healing something.

Our breathing meditation sessions (pranayama or breathwork) aid in getting past "monkey mind" or the constant stream of thoughts by actively engaging with your breath in a lying posture on a blanket or yoga mat. The breathing meditation offers a powerful way to access a deeper state of meditation and provides a potent way to restore, transform, heal, and experience heightened creativity through your body wisdom.

Meditation and breathwork in a group setting can provide a foundational anchor to help you build and sustain an individual practice.  If you are looking for something peaceful, Relaxing with good energy. I highly recommend this group. I was at awh, lost of words. I have never felt something so powerful. 

 When you try to mediate at home - it is hard to get out of your head all the things you should be doing - when you go to a meet much easier to get into that space.
